GLC is the top amateur baseball development program in the country. I created a modern identity, web app, and website that reflects their elite standing within Canada. GLC saw an increase in users by 250% (to 20,000) and an increase in average user engagement time by 2 minutes (from 1:00 to 2:56).

The pandemic problem.
During COVID-19 lockdowns, players and coaches were no longer able to train in person. I built a light weight web app based on both player and coaches needs. The app served as a quick way to communicate a weekly training schedule (including strength workouts, warmups, throwing programs) to athletes while they were at home. Coaches are able to update and individualize player's exercises as needed. As restrictions begin to lift, this web app now functions as a way to individualize player programming, manage athlete workloads, and track the progress of athletes throughout their different training phases.
